Before you join
Does it work with my till (POS)?
Yes, Bisserv is built to connect to the Bisserv POS. Online orders reach the till, and your menu and prices come from it. For other tills, ask us.
Do I need my own riders?
For delivery, yes: Bisserv doesn't have a rider fleet. You can also start with pickup and dine-in only.
Who is responsible if something is late or missing?
The cafe, the same as in your shop. Your portal shows every order, rider problems and reviews, so you can fix things fast.
Can I leave?
Yes. Your QR codes and store belong to your cafe's account. Talk to us and we'll help you close it.
