Terms of use

For customers

• Bisserv gives each cafe its own online store. When you order, your order is with that cafe.
• The cafe makes, delivers and is responsible for your order, including late, wrong or missing items.
• Prices are the cafe's shop prices. Delivery fees are set by the cafe and shown before you order.
• You pay the cafe directly when you get your order.
• Reviews must be honest and about a finished order. Cafes can reply but cannot delete reviews.

For cafes (summary of the cafe agreement)

• Prices on Bisserv must match the shop price.
• One fixed yearly fee per store; free first period; monthly or yearly payment. The cafe's price tier is never raised after it joins.
• No commission on orders from the cafe's own QR code or link, ever.
• The cafe is told on day one that its page may join a shared Bisserv directory or app later. A small commission, announced from day one, may apply only to orders that start in that directory or app.
• The cafe delivers with its own riders and is responsible for its orders.
